METAL ROOF STRUCTURE

​​Metal roof structure has become more popular in today's construction technology due to its consistency, robust and easy to join. Metal roofing sheets are always be supported by metal structure whereas clay roof tiles can be supported by the combination of metal and timber structure. This is achieved by erecting the main metal structure, thereafter fabricating metal plates to secure the timber rafters. To stop rusty on the metal structure, the metal structure members can be sent for galvanization. The welding joints between the members are unable to be hot galvanized but instead, it can be cold galvanized with zinc-rich cold galvanized compound.
