CLAY TILE RE-ROOFING SINGAPORE

Clay tile re-roofing work is the replacement of the old roof tiles, timber battens and aluminium foil (if any). Location can be at the main roof, side yard, back yard or any extended roof. Duration for the re-roofing work can take one to two weeks and will also depend on the size and gradient of the roof. Vast canvas will be provided to prevent ingress of rainwater during work in progress. Due to the different height of the old and new roof tiles, in most of the cases, the metal flashing between the wall and the new roof tiles will have to change. We have contacts with most of the roof tile suppliers and are able to install roof tiles with different types of profile.
